Alright. I've had no willpower.  Maybe i'm getting sick. I'm always tired and my body hurts.  SO i'm taking tonight to plan out my week to come... really the 9 day countdown till my bday.  i NEED to lose weight.  and i'm really starting tomorrow.  I'm going to begin Bikram Yoga and a gym regimine on tip of ballet everyday.  600cals.  please wish me luck.  i feel like i've lost all wilpower and am at my highest weight.  i won't even weigh myself right now.  My jeans are so tight... so depressing.

Exercise - 2/2 worked out for 5 and a half hours. i think i'm going to take a walk or a bike ride today. i need fresh air =/

Daily Self Esteem Challenge - 2/2 i fought the urge to purge, when my stomach was killing me and i was stressed out/depressed. i don't know if this is a good or a bad thing, but it is certainly is different. i can't seem to digest anything anymore. it just hurts my stomach to have anything in it.

self esteem- 2/2 i hosted a potluck dinner and it was a great success people turned up and everyone boughtt vegan food even if they werent vegan and everyone had a great time i think so that = fun (down side was it was really triggering caused b/p) but i am always terrified when i organise hings that no one turns up (and am kinda sociall phobic)so i am happy

So, this is getting out of control. I feel my ED evolving, growing, changing, and i DON'T like it! It's time to get this crap back under control so tomorrow I am starting the 28 day plan again. I am not going to follow strict rules on my plan, I'm not much of a planner. I just plan to assign points by how I feel I did that day, not a certain amount of numbers and calculations. I'm pretty hard on myself so this is NOT an excuse to slack, just a way that I know I can keep myself on track.

I know this doesn't sound like the best plan, but it's what works for me. I join on here though because what keeps me strong throughout the day is thinking 'Do I really want to tell the whole internet world how badly I sucked today?' Pretty much the answer is NO. I don't want to get on here and talk about how horrible I am, so I don't allow myself to be so horrible.

Ok idk if this made much sense and I'm sorry it was kind of pointless but I wanted to get it out now that I'm feeling motivated so that I don't back out later tonight when I'm feeling crappy and unmotivated again. Ok thanks for listening to my rant, have a great day!

I just got in from my nightshift, it's like, twenty to six in the morning, i honestly can't make myself work out today. I'm gonna double it up tomorrow to make up, but right now, it's so bed time before i drown myself and my troubles in a tub of Ben and Jerry's.
